OVERVIEW
The online selling space
UNIVERS was the second step towards the expansion of homme et femme, a multi-label retails space covers fashion and lifestyle brands.
UNIVERS decides to work with us to build their first e-commerce in the Philippines which to create a dynamic approach to style that fits the latest fashion trend.


WHAT WE MADE
A modern take on luxury with brand centric approach
We designed an online experience to create greater appeal for their A class audience. We worked closely to develop a visual language that felt bold and familiar, breaking the typically aloof attitude of other luxury fashion brands.

WINDING UP
A minimal, familiar tone with a modern and stylish aesthetic

The homepage needed to set UNIVERS brand tone as a stylish fashion provider. Being a UNIVERS a brand-centric they wanted to showcase their latest catalogs.





GRID SYSTEM
Organized space, type, images and other elements

It uses a responsive grid system, which has flexible columns and padding that can resize depending on the screen width (such as mobile, tablet, or desktop). Tablet can use the mobile grid system, it center-aligns to sections of its layout grid.




TYPEFACE
Univers LT type scale
UNIVERS’ type scale provides the typographic variety necessary for the web content. All items in the type scale use Univers LT as the typeface, including Univers Light, Roman, and Bold.



ICONOGRAPHY
Icons impart information at a glance
As part of UNIVERS’ more modern, minimal aesthetic and desire to convey concepts simply and effectively, a series of icons were created to make content feel approachable. These icons are constructed to remain legible and clear at small sizes.



COLOR
The colors of UNIVERS
UNIVERS’ uses a grayscale color blacks and whites. The primary color is Black 100% and other grayscale to create separation of elements.



NAVIGATION
Main navigation enclosed in a single drawer

Achieving simple and clean interface are one of the main goals of UNIVERS. The drawer icon will only appear when tap/click where the main items are placed as well in mobile it will occupy the entire screen.



SEAMLESS SHOPPING
Shopping experience
Our focus was to design an experience that can help showcase the products — such as large, attractive product presentation and detailed imagery that a customer needs to make their decision.




EASY CHECKOUT PROCESS
3-Step Checkout
We built a good standard checkout experience, eliminating distraction to help the user to focus on the task at hand. We helped to provide all the necessary information to help so that the customer understands all the stages of the process



KEEPING THE CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
Loyalty Programs
User experience is often attributed to a website design or interface, but it’s so much more than that. It refers to the actual experience customers have with all facets of the brand. UNIVERS’ is using the Loyalty Program that allows users to earn points as they shop in any of their establishments. This UNIVERS’ Customer Engagement & Loyalty Platform can boost revenue & marketing ROI.
